- Who can join?
- Anyone with an active PTIN. CPAs and EAs add their license or enrollment number, and we verify every member before they can post.
- How does the overflow board work?
- Pro members post or claim work. The posting firm keeps responsibility for the return and the client, gets the client's IRC 7216 consent, and shares files only through a secure portal. A 10% platform fee applies to approved jobs and is paid by the posting firm.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime from Manage billing. Founding members who cancel lose the founding rate.
